The People’s Housing Land Trust
The People's Housing Land Trust is a Community Land Trust that arose from the need to aid a long-term Atlanta resident relocate due to displacement. It is a collaboration between The American Friends Service Committee, the Housing Justice League, and the Guild. The primary goal is to acquire a single-family home for the long-term occupant and use the site to build CLT dwellings to serve Atlanta residents.
