The goal of the CST is for local residents to own and control properties in their neighborhoods. The Guild’s first CST is focused on Atlanta’s 30310 zip code. If you’re a resident of 30310, work in 30310, or otherwise have a meaningful connection to the zip code, you’re welcome to invest. We also understand there has already been significant gentrification and displacement of Black families from the area, who we want to invite in even if they are not currently residing here.

How do I make money as an investor in the CST?
A community investor can make money from the CST in the following ways:
Share Price Appreciation: Purchasing shares of the CST at a certain price, holding those shares for a period of time, and redeeming or cashing out those shares when the price for the shares has gone up.
In other words, investors make money by seeing the value of the shares they have invested in appreciate over time and redeeming that value.
Dividends: Community investors can make money when the CST provides dividends to investors. Dividends are distributions of the CST’s earnings (cash) that is provided to shareholders per each share that they own.
